Buyer will have to take picture as claim of proof and send back the item to us after 3 days of receiving them along with the tracking number that we have sent. Do contact us via email. We will try our best to assist you. Refund only for items that is spoilt.

You will receive an email when we will send the items to you. As certain countries will have longer shipping period. We are unfortunate to tell you that we are not in control of time frame when the items reach to you. But we will send you the tracking number. An estimation day to receive the items would be 14-28 days. In a rare situation, it may exceed 30 days due to awaiting the respective's country customs clearance especially festive seasons.

For a MOQ of 50 pieces, we can negotiate for a little discount via email to reach consensus. However, we will let you know if we are running out of the items.

Refund can only happen for item that is spoil or damaged. We will accept refund only within 3 days of the item reached you. You need to send us a photo of the damaged item and email to us. We will send you the shipping address and refunds can only happen when we receive the item and upon inspection. If a buyer cancelled a non-faulty order, he/she is liable for the shipping cost to return the item back to us.

You will be able to track it in a day or 2 once the system is updated. FYI: The item may take around min 6 days to reach you. In a rare shipping case, if the system shows "Item is processed at Uk/ Los Angeles/New York" in the system and taking longer time than usual, it means that, the item is awaiting for Uk/USA Customs clearance. We would like to inform before hand that, if such situation appear, Uk customs may be taking more than 10 days(sometimes 14 days) to clear that item due to random postal checking resulting in your item late arrival. Thus, it is our policy to inform buyer during the delivery process. We hope to have your understanding on the delivery process as it is beyond our control if the item reach your country's processing center.
